Cancellation Policy

1. Behaviour & Conduct Zero Tolerance: Any rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or volunteers will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from future events. Volunteer Respect: Volunteers give their time to make this happen. Follow their instructions regarding seating, serving, and queuing without argument. 2. Photography & Media Photos in Progress: Please be aware that photos and videos may be taken during the event for [internal use/social media]. Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed, you must inform the host immediately upon arrival and you must do this each time if it's a different host. 3. Kitchen & Cleanliness Clean as you go: Wash and put away your own mugs and cutlery. Do not leave items in the sink for volunteers to clean. Spills: You are responsible for cleaning up any mess you make at the station or your table. 4. Contributions Allergens: Check all food labels provided. If you have brought food to share, you must disclose all ingredients to a volunteer. 5. Refunds To cancel your place, please do so 3 working days in advance and you will receive a full refund. Or you can carry over your place for the next Golden Lives Session. By attending, you agree to abide by these rules. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not following this policy.
