All purchases help fund our charitable activities and are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered for:
Duplicate payments
Incorrect charges
Event cancellation by Riana
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of payment and before the event date where possible.
If Golden Lives is cancelled, attendees may choose either:
A full refund, or
The payment as a donation
Transfer it over for the next event
