All purchases help fund our charitable activities and are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered for:

• Duplicate payments

• Incorrect charges

• Event cancellation by Riana

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of payment and before the event date where possible.

If Golden Lives is cancelled, attendees may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• The payment as a donation

• Transfer it over for the next event
