Marketing and Social Media Employability Workshop

Our Youth Employability Skills in Social Media and Digital Design programme will equip young people aged 14–18 (up to 25 for SEND) with the skills and confidence to thrive in the digital economy. Inspired by youth feedback and RDN’s improved social media presence, the programme will teach practical skills in content creation, digital marketing and Canva design, alongside job-search techniques and digital safety. The course will build participants’ employability, digital confidence, and personal branding. Sessions will be hands-on, creative, and career-focused—supporting young people to explore digital pathways in marketing, freelance work, and communications.
